I am a senior HR professional with experience of leading people, delivering projects, developing teams and implementing change at Director level in large corporates, small and medium sized businesses and voluntary organisations.

I work from a philosophy that we are ‘whole’ persons whose physical, rational, emotional and spiritual dimensions affect each other and need attention.  I have a deep respect for individuals and their value which is rooted in my Christian faith.

I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and trained as an ecoach with eCoachpro.  I have an MA in Modern and Medieval languages from Cambridge University, an MBA from Durham University and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  I have trained with the Human Givens Institute and am licensed to deliver JCA Global Emotional Intelligence materials including personality profiling and Emotional Intelligence profiling and team workshops.  I have passed British Psychological Society Levels A and B and Myers Briggs and 16pf5 conversions.

I abide by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Code of Professional Conduct and the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for Coaches.  I also engage in supervision for my coaching work.
